Senior Director Business Transformation

About the role

The Senior Business Transformation Leader supports the program executives by executing on the overall transformation including a wide range of responsibilities. This role manages a department or small unit engaged in an enterprise level, multi-year program that has complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. This leader works across multiple lines of business and many of the support function organizations, engaging with experts, and a diverse set of stakeholders to successfully execution on the organization's transformational journey.
