Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business growth.
- Oversee market research initiatives to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities.
- Analyze market data and competitor insights to identify areas for growth and development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
