About the role
You’ll own and communicate the digital product roadmap for voice and communications products, aligning enhancements with business priorities, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog using customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive research
- Lead delivery by defining product requirements and guiding solution design, backlog refinement, UX reviews, sprint planning, and development demos
- Partner cross-functionally across product, UX, content, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, and technology teams, coordinating a broad and complex stakeholder group to deliver seamless digital experiences
- Coach and mentor a junior product manager on the communications portfolio, helping accelerate their growth
- Define and track product KPIs, using customer research and analytics to identify opportunities and continuously improve the digital experience
- Communicate roadmap progress, release timelines, performance, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Extensive digital product management experience, including ownership of customer-facing B2B digital products and leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives in agile environments
- Strong track record owning product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs from strategy through execution
- Deep understanding of voice, unified communications (UCaaS), or business communications products
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority
- Cross-functional leadership experience partnering with product, UX, content, engineering, analytics, marketing, and technology teams
- Data-driven mindset, using analytics and customer research to define KPIs and prioritize product investments
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
