Senior Product Manager, Mobile
About the role
As Senior Mobile Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap for Linktree’s native iOS and Android apps, which are used by tens of millions of creators and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Linktree’s native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Define the mobile metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to moving them.
- Partner closely with the mobile designer and engineering team to ship high-quality, mobile-native experiences.
- Run an experimentation cadence—forming hypotheses, designing tests, and turning results into shipped improvements.
- Translate user research and behavioral data into a prioritized, defensible mobile roadmap.
- Develop a mobile strategy beyond feature parity that grows mobile’s contribution to the business.
- Influence senior stakeholders and adjacent teams to align on mobile priorities.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of native mobile (iOS/Android) products.
- A track record of shipping mobile features that moved meaningful business or engagement metrics.
- Strong data fluency—comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise.
- Deep user empathy and the ability to translate research and behavior into a prioritized mobile roadmap.
- Partner effectively with engineering, design, data, and marketing, and influence without formal authority.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and uses build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate.
- Can work from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office on a hybrid basis.
Qualifications
- Experience with Linktree’s ecosystem and understanding of the platform’s value proposition to creators and businesses.
- Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with mobile analytics tools and proficiency in interpreting data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with mobile app store optimization (ASO) and app store ranking strategies.
- Understanding of mobile app monetization strategies and revenue models.

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $180,000 - $210,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.
