About the role

As Senior Mobile Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and roadmap for Linktree’s native iOS and Android apps. This includes defining mobile metrics, partnering with the mobile designer and engineering team, and developing a mobile strategy beyond feature parity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Linktree’s native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
  • Define the mobile metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to moving them.
  • Partner closely with the mobile designer and engineering team to ship high-quality, mobile-native experiences.
  • Run an experimentation cadence — forming hypotheses, designing tests, and turning results into shipped improvements.
  • Translate user research and behavioral data into a prioritized, defensible mobile roadmap.
  • Develop a mobile strategy beyond feature parity that grows mobile’s contribution to the business.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and adjacent teams to align on mobile priorities.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of native mobile (iOS/Android) products.
  • A track record of shipping mobile features that moved meaningful business or engagement metrics.
  • Strong data fluency — comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis, and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise.
  • Deep user empathy and the ability to translate research and behavior into a prioritized mobile roadmap.
  • Partner effectively with engineering, design, data, and marketing, and influence without formal authority.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and use build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate.
  • Can work from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Linktree’s ecosystem and understanding of the platform’s value proposition.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and growth metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  • Knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate complex ideas clearly.

Benefits

  • An annual wellbeing allowance to use on things like fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up - the choice is yours!
  • 100% coverage (and 80% for your dependents) of your monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees.
  • Employer contribution towards your retirement.
  • Generous time off for vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories.
  • Employee stock option program - we want each and every employee to share in the company’s success.
