The role involves leading a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex maritime challenges. Key responsibilities include project management, technical leadership, and collaboration with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering or project management
- Experience working with international partners and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of maritime engineering principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile development methodologies
