Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
  • Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
  • Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
  • Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • PEGA CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification – required.
  • Understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks.
  • Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS).
  • Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git or other source control systems.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts.
  • Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications.
  • Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, with sector focus.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
  • Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model (preferred).
