Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- PEGA CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification – required.
- Understanding of Pega Case Management, Decisioning, and UI frameworks.
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, file-based, and JMS).
- Working knowledge of Pega Dev Studio and App Studio.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Git or other source control systems.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts.
- Exposure to performance tuning and production support in Pega applications.
- Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, with sector focus.
- Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
- Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a global delivery model (preferred).
