Job Purpose And Impact
The Sr Demand Planner will create all levels of demand plans for a group of products with high planning complexity, including data inputs, statistical forecasting, incorporation of commercial intelligence and new or discontinued products. In this role, you will handle large sets of data and collaborate with others to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, identify risks and opportunities, and enable decision-making within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including effective financial planning and execution throughout the supply chain.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead demand review processes, including preparation and facilitation of Demand Review
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and finance teams to challenge assumptions and align on consensus demand plans
- Create and maintain all stages of the demand plan, and ensure alignment with the supply planning team
- Analyze and improve forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, Bias) and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Act as a key business partner in resolving trade-offs between demand, supply, and financial targets
- Maintain data relative to demand forecasting including hierarchy, historical data cleansing, demand sensing data and forecast model parameters
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Minimum of four years of related work experience, Continuous improvement mindset, Able to think critically and challenge the status quo when appropriate, Translate complex data into actionable insights, Strong Excel skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Three years of demand planning experience

- The expected salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
- The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
