The Opportunity
- Own the finished goods demand forecast using historical shipment data, statistical models, sales input, customer signals, and seasonality assumptions.
- Set the methodology for forecast accuracy and bias measurement, then run root-cause analysis when the numbers slip.
- Publish the item-level demand plan that production planning and purchasing consume as their primary signal.

- Contribute to the rollout of a new demand planning system, including the demand module configuration and adoption across brands.

- ERP experience (Epicor Prophet 21, SAP, or Global Shop preferred, but any ERP works).
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with a modern demand planning system (Kinaxis, o9, Logility, Blue Yonder, OMP, SAP IBP, RELEX, ToolsGroup, or similar).
- SQL fluency for partnering directly with analytics resources.
