Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise projects ensuring agile delivery from initiation to completion
- Lead cross-functional teams covering areas from cloud to strategy focused on project success
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to secure requirements and manage project scope
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to maintain project momentum
- Cultivate domain knowledge to guide informed project decision-making
- Oversee project scope, finances, schedules, and deliverables with meticulous attention
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in project processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years as an Engagement Manager or equivalent in technology implementation with large enterprises
- Consulting experience with excellent communication skills at the executive level is essential
- Strong technical background with software development and cloud technologies (especially GCP)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills for translating client requirements into project outcomes
- Able to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail and work under pressure
- Scrum/Agile Certification and familiarity with large enterprise frameworks like SAFe and Waterfall
- Interest in building regional delivery management teams and experience in people/practice leadership is a plus
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
