Location: Chicago, IL (Wrigley Building)Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite: Monday – Wednesday)Compensation: $92,000 – $120,000 + annual bonus Position SummaryThis position supports enterprise data, analytics, and reporting initiatives across Oil-Dri. The role partners with business users across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial sales to gather data needs, develop reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. This position is well suited for someone who can work across technical tools and business teams, translate data into usable insights, and help increase adoption of reporting platforms across the organization. The OpportunitySupport enterprise-wide analytics and reporting initiatives across multiple business functionsPartner with teams in finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial salesBuild and enhance dashboards, reports, semantic layers, and data visualizationsHelp business users better understand reporting tools, data sets, and insightsJoin a stable manufacturing company where data work is close to the business and directly supports operational and strategic decisions Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and support reports, dashboards, and visualizations across operational and analytical reporting toolsCreate database relationships, table joins, and semantic layers within relevant reporting platformsPartner with business users to gather requirements and align reporting solutions with organizational goalsAnalyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business initiativesProvide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for reporting tools and data setsSupport user adoption by assisting with questions, leading user groups, and collaborating with super usersCoordinate with the help desk on user access and administrative tasks within BI toolsSupport project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and dashboard/report deploymentWork across technical and non-technical teams to improve reporting accuracy, usability, and adoption Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or another technical field4–7 years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligenceAdvanced experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, ReportsNow, or similar platformsExperience building advanced reports, semantic layers, and table joinsStrong understanding of business processes across operations, manufacturing, finance, commercial sales, or supply chainStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with and mentor business users across multiple functionsStrong time management skills with the ability to balance technical, analytical, and user-support responsibilities Preferred ExperienceExperience working with ERP data, particularly JD Edwards, Oracle, or SAPProficiency with SQL, Python, R, or other data/statistical languagesExperience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or multi-functional business environments Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay: $92,000 – $120,000Annual bonus opportunity401(k) with 6% company matchPaid parental leave, PTO, and holidaysEmployer-supported health and dental coverageFitness and wellness reimbursementAnnual merit increase opportunityCareer growth through cross-functional exposure, business partnership, and leadership visibility About Oil-DriOil-Dri Corporation of America is a leading specialty minerals manufacturer serving consumer and business-to-business markets.
