About the role

As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you will design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
  • Work with data—extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
  • Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)
  • Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
  • Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
  • Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • HCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experience
  • Background in building AI-enabled or agent-driven solutions
  • Experience with integration of HCM data with external database

Schedule

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
