About the role

Drive Compensation Solutions and HR Technology Excellence
As a Senior HR Technology Analyst in Compensation at Spectrum, you’ll shape the systems that support HR and compensation, applying analytical thinking and practical solutions to drive reliable results.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules and optimize compensation workflows to meet organizational needs
  • Develop, debug and refine complex SQL queries and Fast Formulas for compensation data accuracy and reporting
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of annual compensation worksheets, supporting merit and bonus cycles
  • Identify and resolve system issues through collaboration with compensation and HR technology teams
  • Create, execute and document test scripts for unit and integration testing based on functional requirements
  • Deliver systems training and guidance to stakeholders throughout Spectrum
  • Support SOX compliance audit initiatives and contribute to systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Experience: 5+ years in an HR technology or analytical role
  • Skills: Proficiency in writing, debugging and optimizing SQL queries; hands-on expertise in configuring and modifying Oracle Fusion HCM and Fast Formulas, focusing on compensation; familiarity with Oracle HCM tables and role-based security; experience designing and modifying Oracle BI Publisher reports and templates; data mining, validation, analysis and continuous process improvement; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint; understanding and application of SDLC and project methodology; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; customer service orientation, strategic thinking and analytical abilities; effective communication and project facilitation skills; ability to read, write, speak and understand English; ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities and work independently; skill in partnering and influencing stakeholders at all levels
