About the role

A fast-growing digital platform is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to own supply & demand analytics across its two-sided marketplace. This is a high-impact role, working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to optimise how supply and demand interact and drive performance across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply & demand dynamics across a live marketplace
• Deliver marketing analytics (acquisition, attribution, conversion, channel performance)
• Identify imbalances, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build forecasting and optimisation models to improve commercial outcomes
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Support development of self-serve reporting in BI tools

Requirements

• Strong experience in a two-sided marketplace / platform business (essential)
• Proven background in marketing / growth analytics
• Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Experience with modelling, forecasting, or optimisation

Pay & Schedule

• Outside IR35
• Two days a week in London, rest remote (Tuesday's and Thursday's in office central London)
• £500 per day
• 6 months initial
• Immediate start
