Requirements and Process Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure alignment on business needs, design, and development throughout the project lifecycle

Documentation and Communication

• Create and maintain SOWs, user stories, process flows, and training materials
• To support development and user adoption

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Support UAT
• Identify and resolve defects
• Assist end-users during testing and go-live phases to ensure solution quality

Project and Change Management Support

• Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management
• Analyze impacts, manage risks, and communicate updates effectively

Coordinate Business Analyst Team Activities

• Nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support

Exercise Analytical and Relational Database Capability

• Quantify the anticipated solution approach and business impact

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Documentation
• 3+ years in Data Warehouse
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies
• Experience leading teams and mentoring Junior Analysts while working with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI a plus

• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-20%)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
