Senior Data Analyst
About the role
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to leadership, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights. Lead complex analytical efforts, design scalable dashboards, forecast trends, and support capacity and financial planning.
Develop and own scalable business intelligence solutions, ensuring they are intuitive, well-documented, and optimized for various audiences. Design, develop, and own scalable business intelligence solutions, including datasets, semantic models, reports, and dashboards aligned to enterprise standards.
Lead the development of complex, highly optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large, structured datasets. Validate, reconcile, and certify data sourced from multiple teams, systems, and datasets to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization.
- Business intelligence tool expertise, including data modeling, advanced formulas, visual design best practices, and dashboard storytelling.
- Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership with confidence.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or quantitative discipline.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or a related field.
