Responsibilities
- Engage with customers post-sale to provide technical product expertise via Zoom and email
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement the company use cases
- Deliver customer-specific training through webinars and hands-on labs
- Offer technical and architectural guidance to enable the company capabilities adoption
- Work with Account Executives to align technical solutions with customer objectives
- Develop and present workshops and demos with cross-functional teams
- Create learning resources, including documentation and videos for user engagement
Qualifications
- Experience supporting one or more the company use cases such as source code management or DevSecOps
- Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or similar technical software
- Technical background in software development or systems engineering
- Strong communication skills for articulating complex topics clearly
- Experience as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales context
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
- Continuous learning mindset with a focus on maintaining and growing technical competencies
