Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers post-sale to provide technical product expertise via Zoom and email
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement the company use cases
  • Deliver customer-specific training through webinars and hands-on labs
  • Offer technical and architectural guidance to enable the company capabilities adoption
  • Work with Account Executives to align technical solutions with customer objectives
  • Develop and present workshops and demos with cross-functional teams
  • Create learning resources, including documentation and videos for user engagement

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting one or more the company use cases such as source code management or DevSecOps
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or similar technical software
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering
  • Strong communication skills for articulating complex topics clearly
  • Experience as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales context
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Continuous learning mindset with a focus on maintaining and growing technical competencies
