About the role

The Senior Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and strategic account management. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve their experience.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and customer relationship management principles.
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies to enhance customer support and success.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
