Job Description
Set up SOP for export/import shipment (sea/air)
Contact the Agents/Clients about deliver schedule and necessary documents
Contact Shipping lines/Airlines/Co-loader/Vendor to handle consignments
Co-Work for C/O, CDS and the relevant others with the customs declaration staff (Basic knowledge about customs declaration is required)
Make documentation (Booking, SI, VGM, BL, Pre-alert, A/N, D/O, D/N, C/N,...)
Declaring AMS/ISF/ACI and E-MNF,... ensuring correct and fully documents, limited loss maximum.
Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, Abroad partner, etc...)
complying with regulation and internal procedures
Check responses from counterparts and finalizes validation of required documents
Always update information, track orders and notify customers about orders in progress
Support the sales teams, receive and resolve customer inquiries within the permitted range
Solve matters arising during transportation
Maintains excellent relationships with suppliers
Set up debit note, support accountants to track debts
Train junior staff to have enough professional knowledge to complete the assigned work
Ensure compliance with of departments and companies’ regulations.
Report daily, weekly, monthly work directly to the CEO
Job Requirements
Graduated from college or higher in international trade, international economics, international business, logistics, transportation, marketing,...
Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding field (Air/Sea)
Able to work independently and good work management
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Prompt, honest, responsible, high team spirit
Good communication and specialization English

Working time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (off on Saturday afternoon and Sunday)
