Senior Customer Enablement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will help build and scale a foundational customer learning program that improves adoption, readiness, and customer success. The ideal candidate will shape a structured academy experience, partner closely with subject matter experts, and translate technical concepts into practical training that customers can apply. This is a highly collaborative position with a strong emphasis on content creation, certification design, and measurable learning outcomes.
