Job Title: Senior Counsel/Partner Job Location: Remote Duration: Full-time Key Responsibilities Independently manage a full caseload from initial client intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.Develop and execute litigation strategies for complex civil matters.Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.Represent clients at trial and effectively advocate in court.Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously. Qualifications 10+ years of civil litigation experience.Demonstrated experience handling real estate, construction, and/OR landlord-tenant litigation.Proven ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial.Trial experience and strong courtroom advocacy skills are required.Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
