Responsibilities

- Address evolving AI terms and regulations proactively
- Support sales with training to enhance teamwork and customer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial contract roles at tech companies or law firms focusing on tech agreements
- Minimum 3 years negotiating cloud-based service agreements with enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning legal frameworks
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a sales-driven environment
- Customer-first mindset with sound legal and business judgment
- Active legal license or J.D. degree with relevant experience in complex tech transactions
- Experience with two-tier channel and marketplace sales is a plus
