About the role
The Senior Cost Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reports, analyzing cost structures, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the preparation of cost estimates and budgeting processes.
- Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
