Senior Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across USA onto the Workistry platform
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships
• Develop and execute a USA-specific growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers
• Represent Workistry at American recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in USA — agency or in-house
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in USA
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
• Comfortable using digital tools — ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking apps

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000/yr.
