That's where you come in. As Senior Corporate Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring across professional, technical, and leadership roles, but this isn't a "post and pray" position. We want a Recruiter who treats sourcing and pipeline-building as a craft, who's fluent in how AI-powered tools can sharpen candidate matching, speed up screening, and free up more time for the human moments that actually close offers: real conversations, real trust, real advocacy for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
