About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Corporate practice serving the Ohio and Kentucky markets.

Responsibilities

• Handle general business and transactional work for closely held businesses.
• Serve as first chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Manage projects and work collaboratively with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses.
• First‑chair M&A experience.
• Partial or full book of business preferred but not required.
