About the role

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, headquartered in Dallas, is a regulated electricity transmission and distribution business that uses superior asset management skills to provide reliable electricity delivery to consumers. Oncor (together with its subsidiaries) operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas, delivering power to nearly 4 million homes and businesses and operating more than 144,000 miles of transmission and distribution lines in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports administration of total rewards programs on a daily basis.
  • Partners with Human Resources (HR) Team members as well as external vendors.
  • Obtains available data and reports program results and metrics as assigned.
  • Maintains day to day contact with various vendors, ensuring that their services meet participant needs.
  • Acts as point of contact for escalations of related issues.
  • Works with vendors to resolve issues (parking, service and safety awards, etc).
  • Serves as point of contact and administrator for new parking requests and updates for employees in Woodall Rodgers and 777 Main.
  • Serves as point of contact and administrator for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) requests for employees in Woodall Rodgers and 777 Main.
  • Serves as point of contact and administrator for Oncor Awards recognition platform.
  • Sets up new departmental programs and manages existing programs, including Champions At Work, Service Awards, Safety Awards, Professional Engineering (PE) Licenses, Retirement Plaque Requests, and 33 other departmental programs now built in the Oncor Awards platform.
  • Serves as point of contact for the Relocation Program and processing.
  • Serves as point of contact for the Electric Vehicle Incentive program and processing.
  • Serves as point of contact for the Oncor Awards SWAG Store with Reimagined. Placing orders, keeping up with pre-purchased inventory and keeping up with latest product trends to keep company store up-to-date.
  • Resolves high volume of UKG cases and HR Advocacy questions related to total rewards programs.
  • Collaborates with business partners to recommend and process spot bonuses to ensure consistency, appropriate approvals, and timely processing.
  • Works under direct supervision to perform job responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional long, irregular hours.
  • Use of a PC, computer terminal, and/or telephone over four hours a day.
  • Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing, and/or reaching to access job-related materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply basic compensation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication with team members, vendors, employees, and retirees.
  • Ability to represent Human Resources in a positive fashion to employees, executives, and leadership.
  • Proficiency using MS Office Tools, including Excel, Word, and Power Point with experience using them to manage/manipulate data and to create reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated commitment and dedication to the highest quality of professional work and service to clients.
  • Strong interactive and time management skills coupled with high energy and motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills to effectively interface with all areas of the company and the HR function.

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and 3+ years of demonstrated business experience and skills transferrable to administration of compensation and benefit programs (math, tax, compliance, communication).
  • Applicants with an Associates degree or higher are encouraged to apply.
