About the role
Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement. Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes. The Time & Labor Management team manages a high volume, fast-paced process in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for continuously expanding responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
- Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow-through until resolution.
- Provide effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
- Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
- Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
Requirements
- An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
- Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Schedule
This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
