Department: Corp HO Location: 63000 - Production Corp HO Description THE PURPOSE: The Sr. Production Coordinator owns the day-to-day execution of the sportswear production cycle, driving vendor performance and PO accuracy while proactively identifying and resolving risks to on-time delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date set-up in Full Circle and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seasonal line stays on time. Own upstream workflow accuracy and completeness, escalating issues before they impact the calendar. Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of changes and deliverables, and communicate proactively across teams to contribute to a positive and productive culture. THE ROLE (what You Are Accountable For) THE ROLE (what you are accountable for) : Support the Associate Production Manager / Production Manager with data entry for buys, cost logs, and delay recapsPush styles to "production" status in Full Circle once cost is confirmedEnter, close, and audit purchase orders, reviewing each PO against the buy file for accuracyUpdate ETD/ETA dates and pricing in Full Circle on a weekly basisPrepare and ship packages to factories, tracking and following up on all shipment tracking numbersMaintain and track in-season trim liability in the Excel trackerReview TOP samples to confirm trim and price tickets are applied correctly, and keep in-season TOP samples organizedCommunicate daily with overseas vendors and factories on order status and issuesSupport general office duties as neededMeet and strive to exceed productivity standards, identifying opportunities to improve quality and processOwn vendor relationships and hold the global vendor base accountable for on-time, on-quality deliverablesPartner with Design and Merchandising to secure trim, artwork, and wash approvals within cost and calendar parametersProactively identify production and shipping risks and drive resolution with vendors and cross-functional partnersServe as a key point of escalation for the Associate Production Manager on production and vendor issuesMentor and guide junior production team members on best practices and process YOU ARE: You have a genuine passion for fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple seasons and tasks with ease. They're systems savvy, quickly picking up new apparel software, and flexible enough to react and pivot as priorities shift. Above all, they bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset and collaborate effectively across teams, communicating clearly and directly with colleagues at every level. Required Minimum Experience 3-5 years of experience in apparel production, preferably sportswearHigh school diploma and fashion-related coursework, or Bachelor’s of Science / Arts degreeAdept with data management in a Product Development / PLM system, preferably Full CircleProficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorTrack record of accomplishment within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Experience Background in the fashion industryExperience with sportswear fabricsExperience working with overseas vendors and factoriesExperience with PO management, trim liability, and TOP sample trackingAdept with Full Circle, MS Suite, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, or other apparel software systems Additional Role Information Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $38.46/hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
