Senior Production Coordinator-Apparel

About the role

Naked Wardrobe, a global womenswear and streetwear brand, is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of production experience in the apparel industry, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product creation process, from development hand-off through to final production and delivery.
• Maintain oversight of the production pipeline from the initial sample stage to final delivery.
• Proactively track production milestones and manage bulk production with overseas factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product arrival.
• Manage high-volume import production, including multiple production cycles and reorders.
• Handle fabric approvals and track bulk fabric status.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for overseas factories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving) to ensure deadlines are met.
• Partner with Product Development and Design to troubleshoot and resolve any production setbacks quickly.
• Proactively identify production risks and drive timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
• Maintain strong follow-up with overseas vendors throughout the entire production timeline.
• Update WIP (Work in Progress) and T&A (Time and Action) reports based on the production schedule.
• Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
• Provide clear, detailed updates to the reporting manager when production issues arise.
• Ability to independently manage multiple styles and production timelines across several factories.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of production experience in the apparel industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing, logistics, and production terminology.
• Experience working in a fast-paced apparel environment with multiple seasonal deliveries and high SKU volume.

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
