The Payroll Operations Senior Coordinator – Benefits processing role is responsible for administering benefit related pay processing actions across multiple RTX business units including Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate. This role ensures accurate calculation, entry, reconciliation, and compliance for processes including but not limited to: Savings Plan, Health and Welfare, and Voluntary Deductions for active, transfer, and terminated employees. This position will be closely partnered with the following teams: Leave of Absence, Payroll Operations, Time and Labor Management, Human resources, Business units’ representatives and Vendor providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll transaction processing.

- Review and process payroll benefits cases submitted via ServiceNow (SNOW) for all business units
