Senior Coordinator, Finance Support - Timekeeping (Hybrid)

Position Overview

The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Global Time & Labor Management (TLM).

About the Role

Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain process documentation for assigned tasks, regularly reviewing and refining documentation to reflect process changes, best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics to other RTX departments, employees and supervisors.
  • Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor process including Continuous checks for work accuracy to detect and correct errors within current responsibilities.
  • Calculate and processing employee final paychecks daily by reviewing and reconciling timecards, including vacation or paid time off balances.
  • Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with other RTX departments to guarantee precise responses and seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.

Qualifications

  • An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
  • Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and WorkDay with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping.
  • Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment.

Work Location

This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Farmington, CT, Richardson, TX, Charlotte, NC, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pay Range

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD.
