Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Programs, the Senior Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 30-35 Supportive Apartments and ISS Apartments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who function more independently. In conjunction with the Senior Director of Programs, the Senior Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, vision, and direction in the following areas: client services and supports; program development; fiscal management, regulatory compliance; physical plant management; and program staffing. Essential Functions And Primary Responsibilities Assume responsibility as the liaison with our DD programs to ensure oversight related to yearly-required trainings, as per agency policy and related regulatory standards. Assume responsibility as liaison with other agency training entities to ensure continuity of training support within the agency such as LMS use. Assume primary responsibility for logistic matters related the Department’s use of the Training Rooms. Assume primary responsibility in maintenance and dissemination of all training documentation as per agency guidelines. Provide Pre-service training to HeartShare DD employee. Provide CPR Training to HeartShare DD employee. Provide SCIP training to HeartShare DD employee. Provide Autism Overview and other online training such as Pre-service Contingency and Infection Control to HeartShare DD employeeProvide in-person and hybrid onsite training to HeartShare DD employeesUse of MS Teams and MS Office 365 Suite and multimedia applications to develop training content. Makes and files copies of training records as needed. Disseminates all training documentation as per agency guidelines. Serves as role model for trainees. Remains responsive to the cultural needs of individuals receiving support and HeartShare employees. Performs other job-related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope, responsibilities, and level of the position, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
