Senior Contracts Manager - Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Contracts professional to lead a Product Area within our Advanced Mission Solutions Product Line. This role involves preparing, negotiating, and managing complex proposals and contract activities, as well as managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage complex proposals and contract activities in accordance with company policies, legal, and customer requirements.
• Interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to program teams and management.
• Manage contractual scope, customer communication, and expectations.
• Support active programs and manage personnel.
• Work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Work in a hybrid work arrangement, splitting time between working onsite and remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related contracts experience or equivalent experience in DoD contracting.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience.
• Existing Secret Clearance/Ability to obtain further TS/SCI Clearance.
• Experience managing a team.

Preferred

• Masters Degree in Business or related field.
• Experience with Government Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) contracting in a classified setting.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of government contracting methods, applicable laws and regulations.
• Strong team player who enjoys working with program management and other functional disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Full-Time Salary Range: $132000 - $224400.
