Essential Functions
- Develop and execute content strategies across channels to support nCino Solution Line objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with project goals, demonstrating ability to guide and mentor colleagues while working on team-oriented projects.
- Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and user research to inform tactical and strategic decisions, applying established understanding of nCino Business/Solution Lines to content development.
- Analyze content performance data to optimize strategies and measure impact, with decisions at this level potentially affecting multiple releases or campaign cycles.
- Create and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice, and editorial standards that contribute to operationally significant work for functional teams and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Partner with content creators, editors, and vendors to ensure quality output, providing technical input on content decisions.
- Stay informed on content trends, SEO practices, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative approaches and maintain content effectiveness across channels.
- Execute content projects independently with general instructions on new assignments, requiring minimal supervision for day-to-day content strategy work.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX writing, SEO, and content lifecycle management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and project management platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Advanced degree.
