Senior Content Partnership Manager - TikTok LIVE
About the Team
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, creator networks / agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. The BR/LATAM Marketing and Content Programming Manager will work across North America and South America's LIVE Operations team to build strategies, content programming, and B2B event execution to tell the TikTok LIVE story and value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to forge high-impact partnerships across mainstream media and the entertainment industry.
- Act as the primary account manager, lead planner, and producer, collaborating closely with external partners to drive innovative LIVE activations and accelerate Professionally Generated Content (PGC) growth.
- Monitor and optimize key engagement metrics through targeted content programming, integrated promotions, and compelling partnership narratives, solidifying TikTok LIVE’s value proposition as a mainstream, mass-market entertainment platform.
- Scale third-party entertainment LIVE programming into structured, high-quality productions designed to attract new viewers, drive viewership, and measurable reach and frequency.
- Champion cross-functional (XFN) alignment by bridging regional groups (Creator Management, Creator Network Management, Marketing and Campaigns) to establish shared objectives and streamline execution.
Qualifications
- BS/BA and 5+ years of experience in mainstream entertainment and media
- Experience in project and program management with history of successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to analyze data and identify trends that inform strategic results
- Deep familiarity with entertainment, cultural trends and developments for integrated partnership marketing
- Understanding of social media, creators and digital content
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
