Accountabilities

  • Manage strategic talent partnerships and optimize partner-driven recruiting efforts to support business hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external talent partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Manage partner engagement activities and create effective communication channels between external organizations and internal recruiting teams.
  • Review and assess partner-submitted candidates, identifying qualified talent and presenting strong profiles to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Develop and improve workflows, tracking systems, and processes that increase visibility and efficiency across partner-sourced talent pipelines.
  • Monitor sourcing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and recruiting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to support priority hiring initiatives, candidate readiness programs, partnership events, and broader talent acquisition projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional with strong partnership-building skills, operational expertise, and the ability to use data and insights to improve recruiting strategies.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, sourcing, or partnership management.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with external organizations, recruiting partners, or talent communities.
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and communicate candidate value effectively to recruiters and hiring leaders.
  • Experience designing structured workflows, tracking systems, or operational processes to manage talent pipelines.
  • Comfortable working with recruiting metrics and using data to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams without direct authority.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using CRM or talent relationship management systems such as Beamery is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong collaboration and time-management skills.
