Senior Consultant, Health
About the role
We are seeking a new team member with 3-7 years of experience in qualitative/quantitative research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or pharma. This role involves diagnosing research needs, leading research projects end-to-end, and thriving as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative results to uncover actionable insights relevant to our client's business and research objectives
- Utilize a variety of visual elements in reports, including charts, graphs, imagery and other creative techniques to highlight key insights and engage readers
- Present findings to clients and lead discussions regarding insights and their impact on the business to ultimately inspire clients to act on those learnings
- Nurture and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Develop and proactively manage project plans to meet client and team expectations
- Mentor and coach more junior team members on research design, project execution, research analysis and reporting
- Participate in internal initiatives to develop our company’s points of view, thought leadership, innovative techniques and formats

Pay
Salary range: $80,000-$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
This is a virtual role; however, we have an office in Boston, should you want to work in-person and/or hybrid.
