Day in the Life
- Support the design and delivery of change management activities for digital, data, AI, and operating model transformations
- Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness
- Develop clear communications, training, and engagement materials for diverse stakeholder groups
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions
- Execute change, communications, and enablement plans to drive user adoption
- Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to change interventions
- Contribute to business development activities, thought leadership, and internal capability building

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $132,000 per year. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus (0-20%), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements
- MBA, MSc, or related degree from an accredited College or University
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally including recent management or technology consulting and life sciences preferred
- Familiarity with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks
- Ability to translate complex business, technical, or scientific concepts into clear and actionable messages
- Strong interest in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, and international collaboration
- Experience in leading project teams and client interactions
- Exposure to digital transformation, data, or technology implementation projects
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality
- Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude
