  • Provide hands-on leadership in upskilling business staff to support Workday project work as the primary focus of the role.
  • Develop comprehensive, AI-informed change management and learning strategies, including communication, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and measurement, using mechanisms like simulations, self-paced learning, e-learning/CBT, adaptive learning paths, assessments, and exams, aligned with adult learning principles.

  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while leading enterprise training and change efforts.
  • Facilitate client interactions (e.g., stakeholder interviews, leadership meetings, design sessions, workshops) using AI-enabled insights to accelerate decision-making and alignment.
  • Engage with sponsors and senior leaders, translating AI-driven insights into clear change narratives, sponsorship actions, and leadership messaging.
  • Serve as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) contact for the Technology Workstream, focusing on the people side of change across business processes, systems, technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Design AI-supported data collection approaches (e.g., surveys, readiness assessments, sentiment analysis, adoption metrics) and analyze qualitative/quantitative data using AI-assisted techniques to develop evidence-based insights and recommendations.
  • Identify people, readiness, and adoption risks tied to business and technology changes, and develop proactive response strategies informed by risk and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations.
  • Deep experience across the full training life cycle: needs assessment, strategy, content development, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
  • Demonstrated progression and growth within the OCM discipline.
  • Knowledge and application of PROSCI and other change management methodologies and tools.
  • ERP implementation experience, with Workday strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet client needs, including strategic communications and training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication effective at all organizational levels.
  • Location: Denver preferred; if not Denver-based, must be comfortable working Pacific time zone hours (regularly until ~6:00 PM PT, with occasional coverage until 7:00 PM PT).

Benefits

  • Generous PTO, health coverage, disability insurance, and paid family leave.
  • Extended benefits including:
    • Learning & Development: Certification and tuition support, digital on-demand courses, mentorship, and skill development paths.
    • Modern Health: Mental health and well-being platform with 1:1 care, group support, and self-serve resources.
    • Carrot Fertility: Inclusive fertility and family-forming coverage (adoption, surrogacy, treatments, pregnancy) with employer-sponsored funds.
    • Fringe: Company-paid stipend for personalized lifestyle benefits (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, student loan repayment, travel, fitness).
    • Employee Resource Groups: Committees embracing diversity and inclusion in daily operations.
    • Philanthropic Partnerships: Opportunities for pro-bono projects supporting communities.
