Accountabilities

  • Lead change initiatives for enterprise clients by developing adoption strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful transformation outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations navigate technology-driven change while delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Lead change management programs for large and complex transformation initiatives, with a focus on Google Workspace and/or cloud technology transformations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance throughout planning, implementation, and adoption phases.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, while communicating progress, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop customized change management strategies, training approaches, and adoption plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact transformation success.
  • Create and deliver high-quality consulting deliverables based on industry standards and client requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned change management consultant with strong experience supporting enterprise transformations and advising senior stakeholders.
  • You should combine strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and technology knowledge to help organizations achieve successful adoption outcomes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of internal and/or external consulting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Google Workspace environments.
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader certification or Google Generative AI Leader certification, or the ability to complete both within the first 6 months of employment.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change principles, adoption strategies, and transformation frameworks.
  • Experience managing complex projects and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
