- Extensive senior project management experience in multifamily construction.
- Proven track record with wrap construction over podium/parking structures.
- Cast in place and/or tilt up experience.
- Luxury MF build experience with rooftop pool and/or amenities.
- Procore or related construction software experience.
- Experience managing projects ranging from 100 to 400+ residential units.
- Deep understanding of schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of Florida based construction innerworkings and regulations.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders, design teams, and general contractors.
- Familiarity with project delivery systems, documentation, and reporting workflows.
