About the role
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and manage projects from planning through closeout. This role involves ensuring projects meet client requirements and business goals, coordinating project activities, and managing a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day planning, engineering, construction, and handover aspects of assigned projects and associated deliverables.
- Coordinate design reviews, requirements, and approvals between owner, design team, and contractors.
- Coordinate, schedule, and report activities related to stakeholder management, facility operations, and project communications.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, state/local/Federal requirements, and contract documents.
- Provide timely, accurate progress reports, cash flow, and cost of completion forecasts.
- Maintain project files, meeting records, correspondence, and project control information.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Review all purchases, procurements, changes, and payments on the project.
- Monitor contractor adherence to the prime contract and safety standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing and data center project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PMIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience managing large construction projects.
- Industry certifications, such as PMP or CCM.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $161,000. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
