Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies that minimize environmental impact and maximize resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare reports for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior staff on sustainable design principles and best practices.
• Advocate for sustainable practices within the organization and industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in environmental assessment tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications
