The Senior Construction Manager is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day construction oversight and management, including oversight and review of all disciplines such as civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning. This role administers all construction contracts and lease contracts, ensuring full compliance, including all commercial elements for a specific site. The Construction Manager will dive deep into construction management, inspire and think big about the construction management program, and support, grow, and nurture the team delivering efficient and sophisticated designs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities.
  • Review and ensure compliance across all construction disciplines: civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning.
  • Administer construction and lease contracts, ensuring full compliance with commercial elements.
  • Drive the construction life cycle from constructability, proposal development, bid analysis, and award to managing onsite construction work.
  • Support, grow, and nurture the construction team to deliver efficient and sophisticated designs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management, real estate development, or architecture/design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $81,200.00 - $142,200.00 USD annually.
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $90,300.00 - $158,000.00 USD annually.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
