The Senior Construction Manager is ultimately responsible for day-to-day construction oversight and management, including the oversight and review of all disciplines: civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning. This role administers all construction and lease contracts, ensuring full compliance, including all commercial elements for a specific site. The Construction team owns and drives the construction lifecycle from constructability, proposal development, bid analysis, and award to managing onsite construction work.

The Construction Manager will dive deep into construction management, inspire and think big about the construction management program, and support, grow, and nurture the team delivering efficient and sophisticated designs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities and manage onsite operations.
  • Review and ensure compliance across all construction disciplines: civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, controls, and commissioning.
  • Administer construction and lease contracts, ensuring full compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the construction lifecycle, including constructability reviews, proposal development, bid analysis, and award management.
  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver efficient and sophisticated construction designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and scale construction processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, real estate development, or architecture/design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, real estate development, or architecture/design within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Pay

  • USA, TN, Nashville: $81,200.00 - $142,200.00 USD annually.
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $90,300.00 - $158,000.00 USD annually.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
