Senior Concrete Estimator

About the role

The Senior Concrete Estimator is responsible for estimating concrete projects, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Estimate concrete projects accurately using industry standards and software tools.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project budgets are met.
• Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope or materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete estimation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
