  • Department Process Improvement: Proactively evaluate Integration workflows, processes, tools, and procedures for efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer experience; lead process‑improvement initiatives; identify repetitive or inefficient activities and recommend automation or standardization; develop and maintain implementation standards, technical documentation, configuration standards, and best practices; analyze recurring implementation issues and develop sustainable solutions; partner with Integration Management to improve workload capacity and departmental effectiveness; support implementation of new tools, technologies, processes, and operating practices; measure the impact of process changes.
  • Business & Customer Impact: Provide senior technical consultation for strategic, high‑value customer initiatives; support technical discovery and solution planning for complex opportunities; remove technical and operational barriers that could delay implementations; increase departmental throughput by handling complex work that would otherwise require significant management or team capacity; provide technical input to Sales, Product, Operations, and leadership when evaluating customer requirements and business opportunities.
  • Knowledge Management & Standards: Establish and maintain high‑quality technical documentation and integration standards; develop reusable implementation guides, troubleshooting resources, and technical training materials; ensure critical technical and product knowledge is transferred throughout the Integration team; promote consistent application of established integration standards and procedures.

  • Advanced knowledge of POS/retail environments, hardware, networking, Windows environments, databases, APIs, SQL, scripting/query tools, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex business and technical requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause‑analysis capabilities.
  • Experience mentoring or developing technical professionals.
  • Experience improving technical or operational processes.
  • Strong customer‑facing consultation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence technical and operational outcomes without formal direct‑report authority.
