Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Systems Integrator Senior: $154,000. Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot cloud (AWS) implementation issues.
- Solve software (Linux) issues and software development.
- Proven success working as a DEVOPs systems engineer and technical admin.
- Agile Methodology and continuous improvement mindset.
- GitHub experience and other source control systems.
- Strict adherence to security standards and organizational requirements.
- Willingness to mentor and train other engineers as well as seek to continually improve processes.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Work in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to Voice.
- Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call center.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure.
- Support implementation of next-generation voice technologies.
- Participate in the system security accreditation process.
- Provide certificate management support for secure systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, patching, and configuration.
- Support new site voice system standups.
- Support call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning.
- Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms.
- Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements.
- Monitor compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers).
- Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision.
- Learn and support platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in system engineering or related IT security roles.

- RTP.
Skills
- MCSE certification.
- A+ certification.
- Network+ certification.

- Cisco Voice certifications.
- Juniper certifications.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
